This new 3-story 5-bedroom 3-1/2 bath home was rebuilt on the existing foundation of a fire-damaged home. The new home layout was limited by the existing foundation, which now supports an added 3rd-level finished attic with a wide rear dormer. Due to budget and construction restraints, the entire framing was designed and engineered as stick framing, which was incorporated & coordinated into the drawings. 3D views and a 3D model accompany the drawings for greater efficiency in the construction process.
