The owner of this small Richmond home wanted to renovate and expand the footprint and add a detached garage accessible to the side road. The interior renovation gave a more desirable Primary Suite. The new rear addition gave a new Mud/Utility, an enlarged Kitchen with a 4-seat island, and a large covered rear porch. All are tucked away from the front street view to fit within the property’s setback requirements.
Oh, and not to forget, a beautiful portico porch was added with an arched ceiling & square columns.
